“The day I catch her…” – a man accuses his casual lover after the money from the bride price disappeared

AND man shared how his planned wedding price ceremony was unexpectedly postponed after the money he had raised for the occasion disappeared from his home.

According to the man, both families agreed on a traditional wedding, and he withdrew the required cash on Thursday, two days before the ceremony.

He said he kept the money safe at home while he waited for his uncles to pick it up on Saturday morning.

The man explained that a woman he was casually seeing visited him on Thursday night, saying she wanted to spend one last night with him before his wedding.

He admitted that he allowed her to stay despite having reservations about the decision.

Wedding ceremony postponed

Recalling the event, the man said: “I was supposed to pay for the bride last Saturday for my fiancee. Everything was already arranged between both families. I withdrew the money on Thursday and kept it safe at home, waiting for Saturday morning when my uncles would come and collect it. That same Thursday evening a girl I happened to be seeing came over. She said she just wanted to spend one last night with me because I was getting married. I let her stay, even though something inside me felt I should say no.”

A man suspects a random lover

Continuing his story, the man said: “On Saturday morning, when my uncles came, I went to get the money and it wasn’t there. I looked everywhere but couldn’t find it. I had to tell them that there was a delay and that the whole process of buying the bride had to be postponed. My fiancee is now under pressure from her family and feels embarrassed because everything was stopped at the last minute. Since that day, the girl who spent that night with me has not answered my calls. I strongly feel she took the money. The day I see her, she will return the money with interest. My fiancee is disappointed in me.”
