“VDM has 48 hours to apologize, explain lack of N265m in his NGO account” — Honor calls out VeryDarkMan

Commentator on social networks, Honor Oriretan, publicly criticized the activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) over alleged financial differences related to his non-governmental organization (NGO), sparking a new online debate.

In a lengthy post shared online, Oriretan questioned the handling of funds allegedly donated to the NGO, citing a sharp reduction in the said amount and calling for greater accountability and transparency.

According to the commentator, the organization’s resources appear to have declined significantlywhile also making claims about the use and visibility of projects associated with the initiative.

Oriretan further suggested inconsistencies in the way funds are managed and demanded explanations regarding the missing balance.

He also compared the situation to how he believes VDM would have reacted if similar allegations had been made against others, accusing it of selective responses to accountability questions.
