Nigerian actress and content creator, Kemi Ikseedun, popularly known as Mummy Wa, has opened up about why she remained single at the age of 30.

Speaking during a recent video session, the popular jumper admitted that she has yet to experience true romantic feelings for a real-life partner. According to her, her love life was affected by the unusual pattern of falling in love with fictional characters appearing in films and television productions.

Mummy Wa explained that her tendency to become emotionally attached to on-screen characters made it difficult for her to connect romantically with real men. As a result, she said she’s still waiting to meet someone who can evoke the same level of affection she often feels for her favorite fictional characters.

Her revelation has since sparked conversations online, with many fans reacting to her candid remarks about relationships and modern dating.

“The reason I’m still single is because I went and fell in love with a fictional character. And it’s not just me, a lot of women fall for fictional characters. But where are we going to see him?”

“I’m almost 30 years old and I’m still waiting for Lee Min Ho. What if I meet Le Min Ho in real life and he’s not the same person in ‘Boy Over the Flowers’?”

“Honestly, I’m still single because I only fall for fictional characters.” she stated.
