King Mitchy calls for support after visiting Mr. Ibu’s family

Content creator King Mitchy sparked an outpouring of sympathy after sharing details of a visit to the late Nollywood actor’s family Mr. Ibu.
According to Mitchy, she visited the actor’s family and discovered that some of his children were no longer going to school due to financial difficulties.
She said Mr Ibu’s 14-year-old daughter and his younger sons, aged 12 and 10, had allegedly dropped out of school.
Mitchy also claimed that the family discovered they had been without electricity and access to drinking water for about two weeks due to insufficient funds.
Expressing concern, Mitchy described Mr. Ibu as a legendary entertainer whose movies entertained millions of Nigerians during their childhood.
She noted that it is painful to see the family of such a loved one facing hardship and called for support to help the children return to school and address some of the immediate family needs.
King Mitchy said…
“This is the family of a legend. Not just anyone. I don’t know about you, but for me, Mr. Ibu made my childhood fun. I loved watching his movies. Him, Aki, and Paw Paw now that he’s gone, his family shouldn’t suffer. We’re donating to get the kids back to school and their house rent paid…”
