A Nigerian man took to social media and revealed why he cut ties with his friend a few years ago over a $10,000 investment.
In a post on his X handle, @only1kai), the man shared that the incident took place almost 3 years ago after he jumped on the crypto scheme.

According to user X, weeks after investing in the scheme, a devastating incident occurred when it crashed. However, he informed the security operatives about the situation.
”The site disappeared along with my money. I reported it to the police, thinking that was the end of it.”he added.
Details of the investigation
Meanwhile, security operatives tracked the money to a crypto exchange and discovered his friend was involved.
Admittedly, he recovered $6,000, but despite the appeal of his friends, he turned a deaf ear.
