“Good plan the government has for you on akar and kuli kuli” – VeryDarkMan announces ₦1.5 million monthly grant for artisans

Personality on social networks, VeryDarkMan announced plans to increase the amount it allocates monthly to support Nigerians in learning vocational skills, following remarks he made about the opportunities available to the youth.
According to him, he already gives money to people every month to help them become financially independent.
He said he decided to raise the fund after reacting to comments he attributed The President’s wife on small business.

Speaking about the initiative, VeryDarkMan said, “I give money to people every month to empower people, but did you hear what the president’s wife said? That people should go fry akara, roast corn and sell kuli kuli for 2026. Those people don’t have any good plans for the youth. At least you will appreciate me now.”
He went on to state, “So now I’m going to carry the money up, going N1.5 million for 6 people to learn manual labor every month at the end. You will tell me the job you want to do and they will split the money with you. Abeg make una learn handwork o. The government has a good plan for you on akara and kuli kuli.”
