“Nigerians please help me plead with Stella to let our husband rest in peace” – Late Mr. Ibu’s first wife responds to Stella Okafor’s claims

The first wife of the late Nollywood actor Mr. Ibu has publicly responded to Stella Okafor’s recent claims during an interview with King Mitchy, making new claims about the late actor’s estate and funds donated during his illness.

According to the woman, Stella Okafor, whom she described as Mr. Ibu’s fifth wife, played a role in the arrest of her first son and their adopted daughter while the actor was undergoing treatment.

She claimed that the two were overseeing donations from Nigerians at the time.

She further said that Stella sold one of the late actor’s properties in Enugu and later tried to dispose of another house in Lagos after the family secured a rented apartment for her to follow reports that the property has become unsuitable.

After the interview, new accusations emerge

Speaking about the controversy, the late actor’s first wife said, “Stella Okafor, interviewed by King Mitchy, is my late husband’s fifth wife, while I am his first wife. While my husband was lying on his sick bed, Stella had my first son and our adopted daughter arrested because they were in charge of the money donated by Nigerians.”

She added, “Nigerians please help me beg Stella to let our husband rest in peace. You are the fifth wife, why did you continue flaunting your children as Mr. Ibu’s only children, what about Amara, onyebuchi, Valentino, the twins in Porthacort and other children in Ghana?”

A family dispute prompts reactions on the Internet

The statement caused widespread reactions on social networks, and many users called for clarification of the claims surrounding the late actor’s property.

At the time the report was submitted, the allegations remained those of one party in an ongoing family dispute and had not been independently verified.
