media personality, Tunde Perry sparked conversations online after revealing an unconventional arrangement he shares with his wife, which he says has helped strengthen their marriage.
Speaking during a TikTok Live session with a female guest, Perry revealed that his wife allows him to spend one day outside every month home without asking where he is.
According to him, the arrangement existed during their almost 10-year marriage and was built on mutual understanding and trust.
He explained that he chooses a date at the beginning of each month, and once he has agreed, his wife does not call or check on him while he is away.

Explaining how the arrangement works, Perry said: “My wife gives me one day off a month to go out and relax. We have been married for about 10 years, so we understand each other. I choose the date from the beginning of the month.”
He added that after returning home, he expects him to make up for his absence by helping with household chores, joking that his wife will temporarily take away his phones before making him do chores around the house.

Speaking further, Perry said, “You need to have such an understanding so that you can enjoy your relationship. It is not good to have two or three wives.”
When the host joked that one of his dates could lead to a new relationship, Perry humorously dismissed the idea, replying: “How will I go out next month to enjoy myself again?”
