AND Nigerian has shared why he loaned an ex-colleague ₦5,000 and the aftermath has sent the internet into a frenzy.
In a post on X, @TheMrBachelor told how his colleague borrowed money for his child’s emergency medicine.

However, as the child needed urgent medicines, he sent the money and told his colleague not to bother about returning it.
Previously, a colleague had promised him a refund when the salary was paid, but he did not fulfill the promise.
Later, he sent a text message to his colleague, but did not receive a reply and responded by phone call.
Meanwhile, he came across his former colleague’s WhatsApp status showing photos of a brand new custom phone case.
Although this pushed him over the edge, he texted to request a refund and received an unexpected response.
”When I finally lost my patience and sent a direct message asking for my money, they replied within two minutes: “Ah boss, so for a simple ₦5000 you keep calling me and blocking my line? I didn’t know you were this desperate. Send me your account details, so I can pay you to rest“, he added.
