Geh Geh reacts to the Judy Austin controversy. Obasi, says “no one can take your partner”
Financial commentator and social media personality Geh Geh opined on the ongoing controversy involving actress Judy Austin, her ex-husband Mr Obasi and actor Yul Edochie.
It will be recalled that Mr. Obasi recently appeared on the Honest Bunch podcast where he broke down, recalling his past marriage to Judy Austin.
Reacting to Mr. Obasi’s emotional account of his failed marriage, Geh Geh argued that responsibility in such situations should not automatically shift to a third party.
According to him, no one can “take over” someone else’s partner against their will, insisting that personal choices play a central role in relationships and breakups.
He suggested that Mr Obasi’s frustration might be aimed at the wrong person and argued that romantic relationships ultimately depend on the decisions of the individuals involved.
Geh Geh also encouraged people to learn from the situation instead of simply assigning blame.
He said…
“They don’t take him for a wife. The whole of Una won’t listen to the advice to go cry. This old man oh, a 50-year-old cries for a woman, you mean to say it’s wise to pass? Don’t you see life passes a 50-year-old? One thing you suppose to learn from this man, makes a man say ‘does a man make a man?’ This man misdirected his anger because he felt that telling him that Yul Edochie had taken his wife. No man on earth, I repeat, no man on earth has the power to take your wife from you, but your wife chooses that man for you.
Yul Edochie don’t take your wife, your wife chooses me over you. Even while Una is at home watching a movie, the woman chooses Yul Edochie over you. To that man she wants. She settled down with you because Yul Edochie never looks her way…”
