‘I blocked her on all social media platforms’ — Man dumped girlfriend after marriage test

AND man sparked online backlash after revealing he had ended his two-year relationship with his girlfriend following what he described as a test to determine if she was fit for marriage.
According to the man, he deliberately created a messy environment in his home before inviting his girlfriend. His intention, he said, was to observe how she would react to the situation, without informing her that it was a test.
The account quickly gained attention on social media, with many users debating whether such relationship tests were fair or necessary before marriage.
Scheduled test
The man explained that before the girl’s arrival, he deliberately left dirty plates in the sink, scattered dirty clothes on the floor and hid groceries around the house.
He also pretended to be asleep when she arrived and knocked on the door, allowing her to come in and assess the situation for herself.
While he expected her to clean or organize the house, he claimed that she reacted differently.
In his words:
“I wanted to test my girlfriend of two years to see if she was “wife material” before I proposed. So I invited her to my house, but before she arrived, I intentionally left dirty plates in the sink, dirty clothes on the floor, and hid groceries. Then I pretended to be asleep when she knocked. My girlfriend walked in, saw a house that looked like a dump, and didn’t say a word. She didn’t clean anything. She just took my laptop, used it to charge her phone and then ordered a large pizza, left the empty box on the floor while I “slept” and left!
Mixed reactions online
The story caused a wide debate on the Internet, with commentators were divided over the man’s decision.
While some argued that home maintenance was an important quality in a long-term partner, others questioned the fairness of testing partners without their knowledge.
