Bride Nigerian went viral after he shared his journey from being rejected again at the Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA) to successfully joining the United States Air Force on his first attempt.
The inspiring story was shared on TikTok, where he detailed years of unsuccessful applications before finally achieving his longtime military dream overseas.
Years of rejection in NDA
According to him, he applied to Nigerian Defense Academy seven times between 2017 and 2023, but was not successful in any attempt.
He outlined his application in a viral post, demonstrating his repeated efforts:

Breakthrough after 7 years of trying
Despite years of rejection, he found his story changed in 2026 when he finally realized his dream by joining the United States Air Force in his first attempt at enlisting.
“2026 – Air Force ✅,“ he wrote.
He noted that it took him about nine years to achieve his goal of becoming a military personnel.
“Stay locked.
It took me 9 years to realize my dream,” he added.
