AND lady caused reactions online after declaring that she would never stay in a relationship with a man who physically attacks her.
In a video shared on social media, the woman stated that physical abuse was a boundary she would never compromise, insisting that any act of violence would immediately end the relationship.
“Never say never, but I will say never”
She said she would rather face other marital challenges than tolerate her partner beating her.
Explaining her stance, the woman claimed that she would never allow a man to hit her, regardless folk saying that people should never say never.
Lady states her position
Speaking about the issue, she said:
“What makes you think I’m going to let a man hit me? They say never say never, but I’m going to say never in this particular case, you’ll never hit me, and if you hit me, we’re done.”
She further stated:
“You better call the police like the man in my life. It’s better to divorce me or get another wife, but you see hitting is the biggest red flag I can receive from anyone.”
Recalling her upbringing, she added:
“If my parents didn’t really beat me when I was a child, by God’s grace I can never bear it.”
Her remarks have since sparked conversations online, with many social media users sharing their views on domestic violence, marriage and personal boundaries in relationships.
