He suggested that the collection symbolizes the actions of women who try to keep men emotionally attached to them.

Speaking in the video, the man said: “If you hear them say ‘L0ck person,’ all these women wear ‘dey L0ck’ men, see me here.”
He continued, “Not to be one, not to be two o. See how they bind me, thousands of padlocks. If we lock anyone up like this, not even your father and mother, you won’t remember them. You go sell all your land and everything you have, watch how they will hunt people here. Well, all those girls do.”
