In his words: “I’m too lazy for the gym. I was on a carnivore diet for three months and mostly ate meat.”

The music mogul explained that during this period he mainly focused on eating meat as part of a carnivorous diet, which he followed for about three months. He believes that this change in eating habits contributed significantly to his weight loss.
