The lady whom I helped secure a job in her company wants to fire me – says the man

A workplace dispute sparked an online debate after a man claimed to be a neighbor he helped secure employment in his company later tried to undermine his position by influencing the management against him.
According to an account shared on social media, the man said he was helping the woman during a period of unemployment by helping her get a job in the same company where he worked.
However, he stated that their relationship deteriorated after she settled into the role.
The employee claimed that after a few months, the woman became involved in a relationship with one of the company’s senior officials.
He further alleged that she used her influence to convince management to remove him from his supervisory position.
Recounting his experience, the man said his boss called him into the office and revealed the allegations leveled against him.
According to him, the woman allegedly accused him of being arrogant and not focusing on his duties. The allegations, he said, prompted the administration to look into his conduct and consider possible action.
The boss asks for the employee’s answer
The man stated that during the meeting, his supervisor explained the situation and asked his opinion on how the matter should be handled.
He admitted he was shocked by the conversation and said he struggled to respond immediately.
“This morning my boss called me to the office and explained everything to me and asked me what we are going to do with her,” he wrote.
“I was confused and speechless about what to say to him until I left his office to think of what to say to him.”
Torn between conflict and dismissal
Despite believing the woman played a role in creating problems for him at work, the employee suggested he was reluctant to support any move that could cost her her job.
Instead, he said he was considering confronting her directly and issuing a warning.
“I’m just thinking how to confront her and warn her, because firing her won’t help her,” he said.
