“If you’re looking for a man who will love you the way you are, talk to your father” — Lady

A Nigerian woman has sparked debate on social media after sharing her views on relationships, dating and marriage in a viral video that caused widespread reactions on the Internet.
In the video, the lady argued that men are initially attracted to a woman’s physical appearance and develop true love only after you have discovered its value and usefulness.
‘Be useful and have value’
According to her, women should focus on building self-worth rather than seeking validation from men.
She said men are naturally protective and often react quickly to secure a relationship with the woman they truly want.
However, she argued that a man who stays in a long-term relationship without commitment may still be considering other options.
“The reason a man will date you for so long and never get married is because he’s still trying to weigh his options while he’s with you“, she said.
The lady further advised women not to assume that time alone guarantees marriage, insisting that long-term dating without commitment could be a sign of insecurity on the part of a man.
Controversial relationship advice
The relationship commentator also urged women to “treat men like jobs”, arguing that emotional investment and support in a relationship should come with some form of reward or reciprocity.
“Treat a man like a business. If there is no reward for everything you do, why would you do it?” she stated.
She added that women should avoid “playing fair in an unfair world” and should only invest in relationships where they feel valued and appreciated.
