“Kidnappers don’t work alone, do you know what kind of work DSS does?” – Pastor Ibiyeomie claims that the kidnappers have sponsors

The founder of Salvation Ministries, David Ibiyeomie, spoke on the ongoing insecurity crisis in Nigeria, insisting that criminal groups often have sponsors and supporters.

Speaking during the sermon, the priest asserted that security agencies have the capacity to track suspects and make arrests when necessary.

According to him, it is unlikely that kidnappers holding kidnapped children would act without the support of sponsors.

“Kidnappers don’t just keep these children without sponsors. Do you know what kind of work DSS does? They can follow you and arrest you anywhere.”

Pastor Ibiyeomie also addressed his previous comments on the vote, explaining that he spoke out of frustration but has since reaffirmed his commitment to participate in the election.

“I said out of anger that I will not vote, but I will vote because it is my right.”

The priest further appealed to the Independent National Electoral Commission and the judiciary to maintain public trust and ensure credible democratic processes.

“I want to appeal to INEC and the Judiciary not to disappoint Nigerians, because they have disappointed us before, including under the former INEC chairman.”
