“They damaged my car on credit” – shouts Justice Crack, recounting the traumatic three-day ordeal in military custody

Popular activist on social networks Justice Crack opened up about his alleged experience of arrest and detention, describing it as one of the most traumatic moments of his life.

In a lengthy post he shared on Instagram, he revealed he recently bought a car on loan after trading in his former vehicle and still owes around £4.5m on it.

According to him, his problems started on April 28, 2026, when he was allegedly taken away by members of the Nigerian Army who he claimed were posing as DSS officials.

“On April 28, 2026, I was taken away by the Nigerian Army under the guise of DSS officials. For three days in their custody, I was subjected to treatment that left me deeply scarred physically, emotionally and mentally,” he wrote.

Justice Crack claimed that he remained handcuffed and blindfolded during the entire three-day detention.

He further claimed that he was left under the scorching sun without water during the day and kept in an extremely cold room at night.

The activist said the experience still haunts him despite his release.

“What breaks my heart even more is that the car I bought on loan was damaged. Sometimes I wonder: what exactly did I do to deserve such treatment?” he lamented.

He claimed that his only offense was talking about the welfare of military personnel and advocating for better treatment of those who serve the country.

The announcement has since sparked reactions online, with many Nigerians expressing their condolences and calling for an explanation of the circumstances surrounding the alleged detention.
