Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe is celebrating a special milestone as her son, Juwon Gentry marks his 16th birthday on June 18.
The actress marked the occasion on her Instagram page, sharing touching photos of herself and her son from different periods of his life.
In her message, she referred to his growth, describing him as an intelligent, kind and extraordinary young man. She pointed out that one of the most fulfilling experiences in her life was watching her grow.
Mercy expressed her deep pride in the person he is becoming and her excitement for his future. She also offered heartfelt prayers for him, thanking him for filling her life with love, joy and laughter.
She added that her heart is full of gratitude, admitting that she was emotional as she reflected on God’s faithfulness over the years.

Sixteen years ago, God blessed me with one of the greatest gifts in my life, you, Olajuwonmi. Watching you grow into the intelligent, kind and amazing young man you are today has been one of my greatest joys.
It seems like yesterday I was holding you in my arms and whispering prayers over your life. Today those prayers continue as I thank God for His faithfulness, protection and grace towards you.
