media personality, Shade Ladipo recounts her journey from working as a cleaner to owning real estate in Canada.
Shade revealed that she arrived in Canada in 2020, and it took her about 3 months to get a job as a cleaner at a gym that soon closed due to Covid.
She got another one that wasn’t worth the stress. Soon after that, God blessed her with a job that paid off many times over, and within 6 months she was able to become a home owner.
In her words:
“I arrived in Canada on March 20, 2020. It took me 3 months to find a job. The job I found was working at a gym as a cleaner. I worked that job for 6 months and then the gym closed due to Covid and I was on government funding for 3 months.
I got a good job at a crappy company that almost drove me crazy. 40 I left after 3 months and told God to give me twice as much for my problems.
2 months later I got a job that paid me 3 times that amount and 6 months later I bought my first property in Canada.
Why am I sharing this?
People only tell you platitudes or show you platitudes, but never share the difficult moments.
I had a hell of a time
2020 was one of the hardest years of my entire life, but somehow… somehow I survived it.
