“I chased her out of the house around 2 in the morning” – a man recounts his meeting with a woman who refused his courtship

Nigerian man caused backlash online after recounting his experience with a lady he met on TikTok who asked to spend the night at his apartment but later rejected his romantic advances.

In a now-viral video shared on TikTok, he explained that they met in the comments section and later exchanged contacts on WhatsApp. He described the lady as his ideal type and admitted that he was in love with her from the beginning.

“This girl is good, tall, face. Like, this girl is my spec, complete spec. Based on looks, this girl is 100 years old,” he said.

The man claimed they had barely spoken for about two weeks before the lady unexpectedly asked if she could spend the night at his place.

Excited by the request, he said he prepared for her visit by cleaning his apartment, stocking the fridge and getting a haircut.

He also sent her ₦9,500 for transportation after she said she didn’t have cash.

“I asked how much the ride would cost, she said ₦9,500, and I sent her,” he remembered.

According to him, the lady arrived later and they were hanging out. However, he stated that she made it clear that she only came to spend the night and that she had no romantic intentions.

The man said he asked for a refund for the ride, but she refused and decided to leave instead. He claimed the disagreement eventually led to him asking her to leave his flat around 2am, after which he blocked her contact.

The story has since sparked debate online, with many social media users divided over the encounter.
