Reactions are pouring in as Baba Ijesha welcomes a baby boy with celebrity stylist, Luminee

Nollywood actor Baba Iješa announced the arrival of his first child with the famous designer and entrepreneur, Luminee.

The ex-convict actor shared the happy news on his Instagram page along with a touching maternity video featuring him and his wife celebrating their journey into parenthood.

Expressing gratitude to God, Baba Ijesha disclosed that the couple was blessed with a healthy baby boy.

According to him, God worked behind the scenes and wrote a beautiful story that only He could tell.

“In quiet ways, in invisible ways, God was writing a story that only He could tell. We thank the Almighty for blessing us with a healthy boy.

God gave me more than I asked for: my ever beautiful wife, Strong Jagaban, Abikesde mi owoh @ceolumineeofficial, who became the mother of my son, King Kagar Omiyinka @king_kagar_o,” he wrote.

The actor also praised his wife, describing her as one of God’s greatest blessings in his life and expressing his appreciation for her strength during her pregnancy.

The announcement has since sparked reactions online, with fans, colleagues and well-wishers flooding the comments section with congratulatory messages, while others questioned the possibility.

One user wrote, “When did they let him in, and when did he let her in?” Another commented, “Shock of my life, this could never be true.” A third added, “How? Maybe they’re launching a brand for pregnant women.”

It would remind you that Baba Iješa was released again in November 2025 after spending more than three years in custody following a legal case involving comedienne Princess.

The princess accused the actor of defiling her 14-year-old protégé, a claim that drew widespread public attention.
