A man shared a detailed account of his experience with woman met online, claiming the situation escalated after multiple failed attempts to meet due to transport requests.
Repeated missed appointments after paying for transportation
According to his account, he sent a total of ₦15,000 on three different occasions to help the woman travel and meet him. But she allegedly did not appear every time.
Allegedly, in the first attempt, she said that she used the money for an “ajo” contribution.
Another time she claimed that her phone was dead and she could not communicate. The third time she allegedly didn’t give a clear reason, she just apologized.
Unexpected visit and agreement at the hotel
The man said the situation changed later on Friday when the woman contacted him again, saying she intended to visit.
He added that she arrived several hours later after initially taking her time to respond.
Instead of taking her to his home, he said he booked a hotel room for her stay, which lasted about three days.
He further claimed that they spent time together during the stay before he finally left on Sunday afternoon, instructing her to order food while he was away.
Sudden termination and blocking
Shortly after leaving the hotel, the man said he blocked her on all communication platforms. He did not provide further details about what led to the decision.
Since then, he has claimed that the woman has been trying to reach him on various phone numbers, sending messages full of accusations and insults.

In response, he stated that he did not engage further, only responding by sending references to three Bible passages: Ecclesiastes 7:8, Proverbs 11:18, and Proverbs 12:20, advising her to read them.
