The video sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many Nigerians reacting to the school’s luxurious facilities and high tuition fees.

The student shows the daily school routine

In a popular video, studentwhose identity has not been released, gave viewers a glimpse into his life as a boarding school student.

He explained that his day began with a visit to the school’s medical center after feeling unwell before continuing to physics class.

He later joined his classmates for a test on static electricity in the physics lab, showing off parts of the school’s academic environment.

Presented modern facilities

Through the video, the student showed several facilities inside the school, including well-equipped classrooms, science labs and other modern learning spaces.

The visuals highlighted the institution’s advanced infrastructure compared to many schools across the country.

₦46 million annual tuition fees online trend

The video also drew attention to the school’s tuition structure, which was widely circulated online.

Reports indicate that students in lower grades are said to pay up to ₦23 million a year, while senior high school students can pay as much as ₦35 million a year.

Additional costs such as application fees, reportedly around ₦2 million, and boarding fees running into millions annually have also been mentioned online, adding to the online debate.

Mixed reactions from Nigerians

The viral footage drew mixed reactions, with many social media users expressing their admiration for the school’s facilities and superb learning environment.

Others, however, took the moment to highlight the stark inequality in Nigeria’s education system, comparing elite private schools to struggling public schools with limited resources.
