“I will never leave my husband if he marries another woman or cheats on me” – Lady sparks a debate
Nigerian lady caused reactions online after revealing that she would never leave her husband if he married another woman or cheated on her.
According to her, many may call her a “pick me” or accuse her of seeking attention, but her opinion on the matter remains unchanged.
In a viral video, she said:
“I will never leave my husband if he ever marries another woman or cheats on me because he is my husband. I love him, he loves me. Nothing has ever changed and nothing will.”
The lady argued that if the other woman thinks her husband is worthy enough to be with her, that should not be a reason for her to leave the marriage.
She further asked what she would gain by leaving her husband, especially after building a family and having children together.
“If my husband is worthy enough to be someone’s man or husband, why should I leave him because he married another person or cheated on me? If I leave him, where will I go? Even single women are still looking for husbands,” she added.
She claimed that she would rather remain committed to her marriage than end it due to infidelity or the arrival of another woman.
Her comments quickly drew mixed reactions online, with some agreeing with her views while others vehemently disagreed.
One user wrote, “Love is sweet until you share your husband.” Another added, “He can stay if he wants, but your treatment is taking a long time.”
